Elaris B is a variety from the INRAE-ResDur3 series that is resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew. The variety exhibits limited partial resistance to black rot due to the Rgb1 and Rgb3 resistance genes. With medium to high vigor and a semi-upright growth habit, the Elaris B variety has a high yield potential for large, compact clusters. Wines made from this variety are fresh, lively white wines that are fairly structured and relatively neutral.
