Bouquet 3179 N has an upright growth habit. The variety is highly productive and fertile. Grafting onto the 140 Ru rootstock should be avoided. Bouquet 3179 N yields expressive, balanced red wines with red fruit aromas. Is it also suitable for rosé wines production.
